you represent and warrant that you have the right to grant (you will NOT post any
Copyrighted material or the likeness of any public individuals), to Sissieshome.com
(DSD Productions, Inc.) and its members, an irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive,
fully-paid, worldwide license to use, copy, perform, display, and distribute such
information, rights of publicity, and content and to prepare derivative works. of, or incorporate into other works. foregoing. Sissieshome will investigate and
take appropriate legal action in its sole discretion against anyone who violates
this provision, including without mitation, removing the offending communication
from the site or service and terminating the membership of such violators without
further notice.

Members are expected to protect their computer with the use of Anti-Virus
and Spyware Trojan Removal tools. If you machine gets infected creating a
compromise to the secured authentication of your Sissieshome.com Username
and Password, your account will be disabled without further notice.

You agree that you will not use any robot, spider, other automatic device, or
manual process to monitor or copy our web pages or the content contained herein
without our prior expressed written permission. You agree that you will not use
any device, software or routine to bypass or to interfere or attempt to
interfere with the proper working of the Sissieshome.com site. You agree that you will
not take any action that imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately large
load on our infrastructure up to and including stealing bandwith. Violators will
have their membership terminated without further notice.

I will not redistribute this material to anyone nor will I permit
any individual under the age of 18 minor to see this material, or any
other person who might find such material personally offensive.

Inaappropriate conduct as deemed by Sissieshome such as created SPAM or
soliciting other members for commercial ventures is strictly prohibited.
Members who do not follow these guidelines will have their account disabled
without further notice.

Sissishome will not and is not responsible for any disputes that may
arise from its' membership. Members are advised to resolve their own
disputes. Sissieshome will NOT respond to any reported disputes amoung
members. |

You agree to indemnify and hold DSD Productions, Inc., its subsidiaries,
affiliates, officers, agents, and other partners and employees, harmless from
any loss, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable attorney's fees,
made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the service in
violation of this Agreement and/or arising from a breach of these Terms of Use
and/or any breach of your representations and warranties set forth above.

or without notice to its membership. Members should periodically review
agreement to ensure they are in compliance.

Sissieshome reserves the right without notice to REVOKE membership for any
violation of this Terms of Use. |

NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED.
